United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon held secret talks with President Robert Mugabe and, asked him to b serious about meaningfully sharing power with the MDC it has since emerged.
The two men met “one-to-one” for 30 minutes today on the sidelines of a UN development meeting in Doha, Qatar.
“I met with him about the deteriorating humanitarian situation and we discussed power sharing,” Ban said in an interview. “I agreed with him not to talk publicly about what was said. It was one-on-one.”
Ban met Mugabe after consulting Tanzania’s President Jakaya Kikwete, chairman of the African Union, who encouraged the encounter, according to Augustine Mahiga, Tanzania’s ambassador to the UN.
Mahiga said that after the African Union and 15-nation Southern African Development Community failed to persuade Mugabe to agree on a deal with the MDC, Ban’s intervention might be the “last opportunity” for a peaceful settlement.
“He is the only voice that Mugabe hasn’t heard and he has the moral authority of being secretary general,” Mahiga said.
Mugabe told the conference that Zimbabwe “has been and continues to be a victim of unilateral and illegal coercive economic measures aimed at undermining the government through regime change.”
The U.S., which doesn’t consider Mugabe a legitimate head of state, said it was a mistake for the UN to allow him to speak.
“It’s extremely ironic and unacceptable for Mugabe to be going to the UN Conference on Financing Development in Doha while you had the implosion of his economy and the crisis of his population taking place,” Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Jendayi E. Frazer said in a statement.

There are growing calls for reform of the United Nations otherwise its going to lose its integrity and be discredited if it continues to be abused by evil forces like Britain and United States….These 2 racist countries have often used their leverage in the UN to abuse it in their war against Zimbabwe over the land reform programme….United Nations is suppossed to be an independent, sovereign institution not answerable to any member state therefore zipfambi rinosemesa iri jendayi fraser harinyari forcing Ban ki moon to explain himself to the U.S about his meeting with His Excellency Cde Mugabe…..mr Ban should not allow himself to be used as a spokesman of the United States, otherwise he’ll soon lose his integrity…The Doha Summit was a UN summit, held in the middle east , not in Europe therefore every member of the UN had a right to attend it, Zimbabwe included…..The meeting mr ban held with Cde Mugabe was supposed to be private and confidential therefore ban ki moon violated this agreement by talking to western media..
Get lost Fungai, stupid ZANOID, now your puppet putty ZANU(PF) is crumbling. Soldiers are shooting each other. Imagine they only stopped rioting after getting free money, not from salaries, but just donations, tax free from RBZ. The question is “for how long do you bribe these Boder Gezi trainees. All ZANOIDS should start packing their bags before its too late. Remember Laurent Kabila’s fate. Good. Continue fantasizing about UN reform bla bla bla. Is Mugabe reformed?
Reality news what do you mean when you say “the so called gukurahundi”. Gukurahundi is a reality, there are thousands of people in Midlands and Matabeleland who do not have birth certificates, either because their parents were killed by gukurahundi, or they were conceived as a result of rape by gukurahundi. These people never got a chance to go to school. I was conceived as a result of the rape by gukurahundi soldier. Mugabe used the Rhodesian elements to harass Nkomo, Dabengwa, Lookout Masuku, Zapu supporters etc. No one ever said he was a puppet, when he used Ken flower and company to trump up imaginary crimes by Nkomo. We have interviewed many ex Zipra guys and other victims about what happened during that time. Things will be revealed. Mugabe tried to distort the role played by Zapu and Zipra in the liberation of Zimbabwe so much that the Battle of Wankie in 1967 was never taught in the schools, but we were taught about the Chinhoyi Battle which was a dismal military failure. The battle of Wankie will never be suppressed as it is important in both Zimbabwe and South Africa. Now many uMkhonto we Sizwe publications are writing about it. The fact is, Mugabe is more of a puppet than Tsvangirai, the Rhodesians played him in the 1980s and made him kill his own black people, after that they sabotaged the air force, all the while he was focused on an imaginary enemy that is Zapu, while the real enemies were dining with him and at the same time externalising funds and industrial equipment. The Zimbabwean economy was sabotaged then and Mugabe did nothing because the majority of the population were worshipping him. You can accuse accuse Tsvangirai and Khama for being puppets, but we have little evidence of their mistakes. The evidence for Mugabe’s mistakes are numerous. He took farms and businesses from freedom fighters (ZIPRA) in 1987, these guys were trying to rebuild their lives after the war. It is only in Zimbabwe that war veterans can be treated like that. I hate Mugabe and anyone who supports him. He pays you the CIO to write comments on various forums, but you forget that many people using these forums are independent thinkers and no amount of propaganda will change their attitudes.
Fungai uribenzi remhunu unopfunga nema.g.a.r.o, at least the USA and UK are interested in the ordinary citizens of Zimbabwe who are dying and not mugabe’s ego. This is what is important at this stage not protecting the idiot’s strenght and lingering on power, he simply doesn’t care, we haven’t heard anything from him about the deaths in Zimbabwe. Fungai you are a puppet of a mad man get real and wake up zvidofo remhunu just like reality news, scarface and nicol. zanu is dead soldiers have helped the nation by going to the streets at least we know the idiot has lost his grasp on power, there are divisions in zanu and this is good news for ordinary citizens of Zimbabwe.
fungai ane running stomak(C.H.O.L.E.R.A)
What has your so called land reform led us to? Milions of Zimbabweans are starving right now because of this stupid land reform. Mugabe and his cronies must simply admit that they have failed and do the honourable thing to end the suffering of the povo. I commend the efforts by the western nations to exert pressure on Bob. African leaders, led by Mbeki have failed us. There’s nothing racist about Bush, Brown or Jendayi speaking out about the human rights abuses being inflicted on Zimbabweans by a select few who want to hold on to power by all means.

You are all missing point as you mud-sling each other. It dosn’t matter that VaKi-Moon spoke to Mugabe, it is the content and substance of that conversation that matters the most. Gushungo must make some monumental changes in his attitude, for what it is worth he may still simply insist on a GNU where the MDC (T & M) have little or absolutely no power or authority. Gushungo will want to hang on to all decision making power, therefore making executive appointments, e.g Gono’s term. We are still light years away from any real change. The matter is for him the relinquish considerable power.
Fungai, baba vane machendekufa. Horo yemunhu.
Signs of intelligent leaders: Ian Smith : Problem: Rhodesia under sanctions Solution: appoint a special branch whose main focus is to find solutions to the sanctions. Results: building of Ethanol plant so that fuel can be blended, appoint practical people in cabinet, e.g more farmers than theoretical PhD holders, economy survives 15 years and the currency is still as strong as the British pound.
Signs of a desperate leader. Mugabe 1970s-released from prison, colleagues who had a role in killing Chitepo make you a leader, seasoned guerrilla leader disagree, then you put them into Mozambican jails. A British Governor of Rhodesia gives you conditions to free those people before you come back home. You are the last of the main leaders to return. You sponsor violence from day 1. You win an election and then use your former enemies (Rhodesian Special branch) to harass your former allies in the Patriotic Front (Zapu). Refuse to address a rally at Barbourfields on 17 February 1980 because you say its Nkomo’s country, despite 100 000 people waiting for you. Electrify the train but not in Nkomo’s country. Tar the Road from Gokwe to Binga up to Sengwa river, which divides Mashonaland west and Matabeleland, the whole 90km stretch in Matabeleland is untarred. Make the whole of Matabeleland North have one A- Level school for 18 years after independence. Use Korean to train your goons how to kill civilians. Reward ex-Rhodesians and Punish Zapu. Enjoy the company of the British when it suits you. Then destroy the whole country when you lose support. Use tissue paper to print money. Can anyone list at least 10 achievements by Mugabe government?
Zambian newspaper lashes Tsvangirai, warns of ’shifting tide of public opinion’Go and read new zimbabwe
Soros is the new Cecil Rhodes, Tsvangirai is the agent: LaRouche

ECONOMIST and former candidate for President of the United States, Lyndon LaRouche has labelled the Movement for Democratic Change leader Morgan Tsvangirai as a “British stooge” who was being aided in his efforts to become President of Zimbabwe by this century’s “new Cecil Rhodes”, George Soros.
Commenting on the recent letter written by former South African President, Thabo Mbeki to Tsvangirai which he called “refreshingly blunt”, LaRouche said George Soros was through his Open Society Institute trying to effect regime changes in the Southern African region.
He added that Soros was working in cohorts with the British Government and Tsvangirai was the unwitting agent of that regime change agenda.
“Mbeki’s refreshingly, blunt comments come from a knowledge, shared among some African leaders, of the role that the British, and their agent George Soros, through his Open Society Institute and its various threats to orchestrate regime changes throughout Sub-Saharan Africa,” said LaRouche.
He added that Soros has become “the new face of British Imperialism” in Southern Africa.
“It is time to say, and should now be said, that after approximately 120 years since Cecil Rhodes began his exploits in Southern Africa, George Soros has become the new face of British Imperialism in Africa.”
LaRouche is a well respected economist who has among other things, predicted the U.S. recession of the 1950s, the collapse of the British pound during November 1967, the dollar crisis of January-March 1968 and the break-up of the Bretton Woods agreements beginning Aug. 15, 1971.
Recently LaRouche claimed that the British Intelligence was behind the Mumbai massacre and that the British will attempt to assasinate U.S. President-elect Barack Obama.
LaRouche neatly ties the operations in Mumbai with activities in Sub-Saharan Africa and claims that this is part of a wider British imperial agenda.
“This (Mumbai massacre) is clearly a British imperial operation. It is the same thing as the deployments of George Soros, who is a British agent, and Lord Malloch Brown,” he claims.
“The latter, it should be remembered is Minister of State for Asia as well as Africa and the UN. It is a global British imperial operation, as further evidenced by Soros deployments in Ibero America, Soros’s call upon Prime Minister Gordon Brown and the European Union to deploy to send one or more of its `rapid response’ battlegroup units” into the Congo, etc.”
“George Soros himself was just recently in Pakistan, where he led a delegation of the Open Society Institute in a meeting with Pakistani President Zardari,” added LaRouche.
Rhodesian-born Lord Malloch Brown has openly called for regime change in Zimbabwe. He was instrumental in tabling Zimbabwe onto the U.N. Security Council earlier this year. He told the House of Lords in July this year that “this regime (President Mugabe’s) … must be brought to an end as soon as possible.”
LaRouche was a candidate for the Democratic Party nomination for U.S. President. Russian economist Stanislav Menshikov described LaRouche as being “among those few economists who look at the root causes, and therefore see what others cannot see.”
Hezvo ka izvo-is this guy day dreaming too? hameno..zvinoda vakashinga moyo.he must be carful because these anti terror laws might hit him.He might be considered a mugabe sympathyser and hit with sanctions. But reality news will try and help you open up your minds by bringing you fresh up to date news that you do not get on some of these online tabloids.wana baba dynamos-what do you have to say for your self?
You can see where this guy is coming from. the future will increasingly be in favour of nations that have real resources and land to grow food .Zimbabwe is a good example of that.We may be small but we are blessed with riches. The west do not want all these riches boosting the chinese coffers while they watch on the side lines. The battle now is for control of resources and these evil bastards will not rest until they are in full control of Africa.South Africa i am afraid is as good as ****ed especially when Zuma becomes president. He will just become another Lobengula like morgan.Sell his country for a dime.
Manje SA zvayaramba kubvisa Mbeki modii:
Cape Town – South Africa expects Zimbabwe’s rival political parties to sign a deal on a constitutional amendment within days, paving the way for a unity government, government spokesperson Themba Maseko said on Thursday.
“We expect the amendment should be signed within a matter of days,” Maseko told reporters at a post cabinet meeting briefing.
“We will put pressure on the political principals to sign as soon as possible,” he added.
The proposed amendment will create the post of prime minister for opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai, but his Movement for Democratic Change insists that other issues still need to be resolved before it will rule with Robert Mugabe’s Zanu-PF.
Power-sharing talks were suspended in November after Tsvangirai accused former president Thabo Mbeki, the mediator in Zimbabwe’s political crisis talks, of failing to grasp the situation in the country.
But Maseko said the South African government continued to support Mbeki’s efforts.
“The government and SADC has expressed full confidence in former president Mbeki’s mediation work. The government still stands by this.”
Mugabe and Tsvangirai agreed to a power-sharing deal in September after disputed elections earlier in the year.
WHAT ????Reading the newzimbabwe website???? SAVIMBI……………we’re not doomed. That’s why reality news is COPYING AND PASTING rubbish on this site. ‘Reality News ‘, you have to know that people just scroll past your big, smelly @SS
Reality news M. S.ATHA Ny.ok.o for insulting Lobengula. By not being a puppet of the British, what has Mugabe done for the ordinary Zimbabwean. The infrastructure in Bulawayo is still 95% Rhodesian. No new developments were done by Mugabe. Mugabe killed thousands of people and that puts him in the same league as the Rwandan Hutu militia. You also show a lot of trabalistic mentality. It does not matter what other Africans think of Tsvangirai, what matters is that Zimbabweans still respect the man, that is why he polled more votes than Mugabe despite all the violence unleashed against his supporters. It does not matter what others think, it is the Zimbabweans that matter. Now they are dying of Cholera, they have closed the hospitals that were built the Rhodesians. Tell me how the Rhodesians managed to bust sanctions, while Zimbabwe fails. The truth is that Mugabe has failed spectacularly and no amount of trying to demonise his opponents will sanitise his image. Remember this is the same man who once claimed that Nkomo was a traitor, and then did a u-turn during Nkomo’s burial. This man claimed that the killing of 20000 innocent people in 5 years was a moment of madness. Smith’s army killed 15000 in 15 years. You can insult Tsvangirai what ever way you want, but he will never be as bad as Mugabe.
ten achievements by mugabe————-well well dude that is some task.
first of all
1. education—————the majority of zimbabweans had no proper education prior to 1980.They were denied under Ian Smith to get some descent education and morgan can testify to that.Mugabe came in and invested heavily in education.Free education for all was provided and i was one of the beneficiaries of that.I dont know how people like morgan failed to take advantage of that.Today we are rspected highly around the world for our education standards. This was not Ian smith’s work -hell no it was a mugabe initiative to make sure his people recieved the best education possible .
Look who is taking advantage of our educated people now-the brits-canadians-south africans-tswanas-zambians and even americans. There nothing better than self sufficiency. It begins with education.Knowledge is power. So mugabe gave you that.
2. He built Technical colledges-schools -with the objective of every school to have access to computers .You will recall that during the elections in march many many schools recieved free computers in aid of that objective.
3.He invested in healthcare-we all know how the health care system was up until 1998 just before the sanctions.
4.He invested in infrastructure -improving on what the Rhodesians had done using cheap labour-the only difference was this time the workers were getting paid their worth. They worked with a smile on their faces instead of forced labour.
5.He gave land back to its rightful owners-Land to the people .This was the reason we had gone to war.We did not go to war because there was no food in the country. We went to war beacuse our land was taken away from us without compensation .It was the equivalent of being raped.
6.He empowered the people by giving them ownership or local resources.
7.He invested in rural areas -growth points as we remember them.He really wanted rural people to take part in rebuilding the country.
8.He gave black people their confidence back.By getting education and competing for better jobs in the market place.
9.Indeginaisation program-enabled black people to set up businesses by giving them support they did not have under the smith regime. How many black businesses do we have now in Zimbabwe? We are now in charge and there is nothing greater than being in control.
10.He has invested in farming -even in times of droughts and sanctions , he has continued to invest in farming by providing tractors and other implements.Where it not for the sanctions and drought , we would still be feeding te rest of Sadc.
It may come as a surprise to you, but the problems we are facing today may turn out to be in our favour in the long run when things normalise. This happened to kenyans etc a while ago.By having so many people living abroad learning different skills in businesses IT and other areas , when these people return home they will help transform our societies in a way never experienced before. If we can harness all this energy , we can be the better for it.Online news and shopping will become a way of life even under normal conditions in zimbabwe.SOme families have now been lost to foreign powers.never to return but some will return and bring a wealth of talents with them.Zimbabwe will come good again.Musicians are among those who have benefitted from this dispessment of the population.Imagine the wealth they will bring back.Zimbabwe will be a mini western country in Africa.
Morgan is just one bloody coward.Do you even know where he is now? No education and no guts -how can he run a country? Him and lobengula sold out-period.How can you accept 1000 guns with a 1000 bullets for a deal? Can you see the similarities with morgan there? What is he getting in return for campaigning for the british? As for your love of Rhodesia dude-that is your own madness.Sanctions in Rhodesia were not as servere as you all think.Have you not read the books on how these sanctions were avoided blatantly ? Remember next door south africa was a racist country too. They shared security etc.Companies where set up in switzerland during UDI that served the main purpose of sanctions busting.
Lets get one thing clear on the elections issue:
1.No one party won the march elections by a clear majority.
if true-zanu 98
mdc 99
mdc-m 10
pesidencial———-no one got the clear 50% + as the constitution requires.you know why that was so? Because morgan wanted that amended in the constitution because he feared vote rigging. It just came back to haunt him as usual. The guy could have walked away with it. He failed because he fought for the amenendment to the constitution so that the winner neede at least 51% clear majority to win.He could have won with 48%. what a fool.
You guys are right. Honestly, what achievements can we talk about since 1980? Can the rabid Zanu Pf supporters please spell these? Right now we are facing a severe power crisis because we still rely on the infrastructure built by the Rhodesians eons ago. Morton Jaffray Waterworks which is now failing to cope with Harare’s water demands was again built by the Rhodesians. You name anything, the railways, road networks any form of infrastructure you can think of still leads you back to Rhodesia. Right now, the dualisation of the Harare – Byo and Harare- Masvingo highways is a national joke. Twelve years since it’s inception, the Hre – Byo dualisation project has not even reached Norton! So, what have we done they done 28 years besides looting and corruption?
Reality news I am from Binga, and here is my reply for the achievements
1. The education did not reach most of my district, except for the Kariangwe mission, a Roman catholic organisation. A-Levels got to my district in 2004 courtesy of donations by non governmental funds. What you said may be true for other provinces.
2. The only institution of higher learning came after 25 years of independence to my home province. Making us 25 years behind.
3. Name a hospital that was built in Matabeleland.
4. Infrastructure- electrifying the railway up to Dabuka, nothing in Matabeleland. Tarring roads in other parts of the country.
5.he gave the land but forgot to give resources and expertise to the beneficiaries, this led to widespread hunger in the country.
6. Which people are empowered except for the few Zanoids.
7.Name 3 growth points that developed in Matabeleland. Jotsholo, Lupane, Dete , Nkayi etc are still without roads and electricity. Most of the infrastructure is still Rhodesian
8. Which black people ? when even the garden boys at government offices in Matabeleland were imported.
9.Which businesses were empowered, except for Chiyangwa, Leo Mugabe and Company
10.Which farming? As Far as I know there in Norton near McIntyre estates it was green through out the year until land reform.
Mugabe is the master of “developmental apartheid”
I’ve never met the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, but from his body language on screen, it appears very clearly that this man is not a strong character. When Mr Ban spoke with him, Mugabe was probably asleep as he usually is at these sort of conventions, and only wakes up when he does his usual anti western rant. It’s time the UN is led by a leader with a strong presence, someone who can deal with little dictators who think they can do whatever the hell they feel like. It’s absolutely sickening how many unstable UN countries are being looted by governments while its people starve.
it amazes me how people turn on anyone as long as they do not criticise mugabe on the spot. Now it this Moon fella. what has he done wrong? No agency in the world has any meaningful powers without the funding and support of the Americans and that is why they always have the final say on issues.World Bank-IMF-UN-NATO.all useless and controlled by the US.
Why do you expect the world to fight your war. When we took up arms against smith the racist , we did not expect the russians to fight the war for us, no , we took advantage of training facilities etc and then the actual firing of the bullets was by our gallant fighters some are still alive today.we looked at solving our own problems -no begging mentality .Mugabe has come a long way and you can argue that some of the toughness he has was a direct result of the suffering he experienced under the evil racist rhodesians.
morgan coward away from the war because he lacked courage and determination. He was a loser and he will always be a loser.Mugabe has a winning mentality and he is a fighter.A tough cookie you may say.I know when he is gone one day you will all talk about his courageous ways.He was and will die a gallant fighter who took on the evil whites and defeated them not once but twice. He defeated Tony Blair-Now Bush is scrapping for a last minute reprieve before Obama kicks him out of office-but we will not give him the satisfaction. He also lost the fight.
Zimbabwe is not for sale even during the credit crunch.we have experienced the credit crunch through sanctions for the best part of ten years.
Reality propaganda. You are a complete D.i.c.k head.
Vana faraway-you have nothing to offer dude. The un is all america.Anan was there and what did he do for zimbabwe and africa? Yes nothing. because when you are head of the united nations you take your orders from the united states.Anan did that. Now he wants to act like some god who can solve our zimbabwe crisis over night as part of this old elders clan. They have no fuel left in them and Mugabe can give them heart attacks in one day even at 85.Bunch of old fools-i wish we had let them in twobata cholera. Kama ndela netuma viscose shirt.tibvireipo.
Look around you and ask yourself-what is morgan doing right now during a cricis? where is he? Is he lost and confused? who is directing the party in his absence? Does he still have much left in the tank? This guy is lost but he is fortunate in that the people are all hungry and confused by the sanctions he called for.The only way out of our cricis is by working together now.No one party can do it alone. There is no time to waste because people are dying in their thousands unless if he thinks its zanu pf supporters dying everyday. He pulled out of the june elections to save lives he told us.Now he will not sign a deal to save lives?
This blog is again full of CIO’s who are prying the net to see possible leads into Mugabe’s downfall. They wont find any. They are scared stiff. Praise sing Mugabe as much as you like and criticise Tsvangirai as much as you like but the realint is that the days of the Mafia are numbered. Remember, Mduduzi Mathuthu. the Editor of Newzimbabwe.com, a homosexual, is on full payroll of the CIO via Gideon Gono. Look at NewZimbabwe.com today and you will not see the difference with the Herald. Gono destroyed the Financial Gazzette, He destroyed The Independent through Joram Nyathi, he destroyed Newzimbabwe.com through Mduduzi Mathuthu. So what can Mduduzi say positive about Tsvangira? Nothing. He has tried to introduce tribalism debates without success. Now he is going directly for Tsvangira. I wish him good luck. Remember Welshman Ncube and Arthour Mutambara calling Tsvangirai a mental midget and yet now they are kneeling before Tsvangirai to accept Mbeki’strap so that they can be included in government. Who then is a mental midget? The answer is simple: Joram Nyathi, Mduduzi Mathuthu, Welshman Ncube and Co.
The western sponsored stooge, Tsvangison has been a total disgrace over the past month…..The sellout’s supporters don’t even know where their uneducated leader is.!!!….He continues to score own goals on a daily basis neupenzi hwake….tsvangi does’nt have a clue of the damage he’s doing to himself by his continued irrationality..he’s now a discredited western puppet and more and more voices against his puppetry are growing in Africa….Just look at how much publicity Thabo Mbeki’s letter has got over the past week…Tsvangson’s battered image is getting worse as each day passes….The ugly faced stooge chiri kungomberereka nenyika chisina magwaro ekufambisa….,no one takes zirombe iri seriously……kushata chiso nemoyo zvese, tsvangi has no concern about the agony his own supporters are going through as a result of the illegal economic sanctions he invited……
Fungai……..I like the way to describe Tsvangirai, his lack of education and his facial looks. My question is why is intelligent, educated Mugabe and Zanu pf not forming their government without Tsvangirai.I understand they won the runoff election in June and its now almost 6 months and they won’t form a government. In Zanu pf we have educated people like Mugabe,Dr Chombo,Dr Gono,Dr Made,Chinamasa,Dr Sekeramayi,Dr Mudenge etc.Surely they don’t want an ugly teaboy’s help to form government.or do they? You amaze me.And Tsvangirai is so powerful,he can go around the world without a passport…..ha ha ha ha ……..This teaboy is amazing..He has been amazing even during the liberation struggle when he deserted the war front. He realised in the 1970s that he wouldn’t sacrifice his life for Mugabe to rule forever.
Muran Chaka—-you are right, what with all these degrees it baffles the mind why people who won an election in june are insulting the looser but are at a standstill.and can hardly form a government. I personally think we voted once in March and those are the only results capable of taking us out of this quagmire NOT this zanu pf duzvi of national unity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Iwe Muran hamusimi makati mudhara ngaamire here imi. Munofarira media grand standing zvakataurwa naMbeki ndoproblem yenyu. You are too childish to form a gvt urself. How can a seniour member who wants to be the vice president say ‘Chitongai tione’. SADc yakatoona kuti tingaite child gvt pano, kashe mutange mamboita muine vakuru paside first mozoita henyu mega. Zanu is intelligent but zvinowedzerwa nekupusa kweMDC-T.Tactless lot. How can they win an election, run away, and still fail to take over despite a falling country like this. This is astounding indeed. Morgan paanouya totoda kumubvisa troz tipfekedze rokwe nokuti arakidza kuva mainini kune kamudhara aka.DOnt defend the indefensible Muran. Running away from the war is one big thing that makes pipo luk down upon your leader. Not only that he came back home and started fronting for the selous scouts. We know this and the SADc leaders know it too thats why they cant stomach such a coward sellout to take over without supervision.nxa!!! Kutopembedza hugwara wena. You normally give good contributions but warasika apa muface.
Is this the new zimbabwe awiting us? I can not see anything being achieved by a mdc gvt.Its a complete waste of life.Even with the sanctions removed and the country sold back to the british for a dime , we will still be poor.Morgan believes the role of the black man is to work and get paid the old minimum wage while the white man takes all the big loot.He does not believe in black empowerment. This is fair enough because he grew up working in mines and collecting his wages of sin while others were firing AK47s to free their beloved country. What happened to his courage those days ? Why did he not see it fit to drop his miminum wage job and join the rest of the gallant fighters to free the country of slavery and abuse.Mugabe the teacher could not stomach the white man controlling our people and taking all the fertile land.Even though he had a job -a good one -educating people, he dropped all that and went to war. That is what was required then and he did not think twice along with others like zvobgo etc-the nhongos.Morgan was cowaring behind the white man , his excuse was he wanted to feed his family.Give me a break. Now he has decided to be a champion of human rights that he failed to spot during the Rhodesia.Munhu ano ndirutsisa kani uyu…bhaaaaaaaaaa bbhaaaaaaaaaaa bhrooooooooooooooo braaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ndarutsa.
regai ndinyore nechirungu kuti mandevere anzwe.gukurahundi was forced on the gvt by dissidents lk tambolenyoka, gwesela e.t,c and al ndebeles who had a****ons to power.u were betean hands down deal with it and u wil neva get revenge.siyabusa thina.wat did u want mugabe do fold hands while u burn the country .we even protected the farmers u were killing who now tok abt gukurahundi.ndebeles have always bn tribalistic.cant u come back to sa and commit yo own gukurahundi since here killing is lk a sport.i have always blivd that ban ki-moon is an american inspired midget.
Yes Nicol only ZANU are just and righteous, the fruits of ZANU’s brilliant leadership are there for all to see. It’s a daymn shame indeed that Mugabe uses you to speak so bluntly and insensitively about a period in Zimbabwe’s history that is shameful. What you are doing can be equated to neo-Nazi’s celebrating the holocaust. I hope the few pieces of silver Mugaybe is throwing your way are worth the erosion of your soul dear. Only a person with no conscience can speak as crudely as you are right now, Mugaybe did his work well.
I’ll say this now, you are but mere mortals…………..you live by the sword, you die by it, don’t you ever fool yourself thinking a change will never come. When the change comes, you better run and hide.

Kenya PM calls for Mugabe removal
Power-sharing in Zimbabwe is dead and it is time for African governments to oust President Robert Mugabe, Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga has said.
His comments are some of the strongest by an African leader against Mr Mugabe, says the BBC’s Karen Allen in Nairobi.
“It’s time for African governments… to push him out of power,” Mr Odinga said after talks with Zimbabwe’s opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai.
Zimbabwe is in political deadlock over a unity coalition government deal.
State media reported the arrest of 10 soldiers who allegedly ran amok in the capital Harare on Monday because a bank had no money to pay their wages. Six other soldiers accused of looting last week had also been held.
Meanwhile, a cholera outbreak has killed hundreds of people.

“Power-sharing is dead in Zimbabwe and will not work with a dictator who does not really believe in power-sharing,” Mr Odinga told the BBC.
The BBC’s Karen Allen in Nairobi says the Kenyan prime minister had also held talks with Jacob Zuma, president of South Africa’s governing African National Congress party.
Mr Zuma has declared a new alliance between his party and the Kenyan leader, designed to elevate the Zimbabwe issue, she says.
Mr Odinga said that if Mr Mugabe were isolated, he would have no choice but to quit.
“I do believe strongly that if the leadership in South Africa took a firm stand and told Mugabe to quit he will have no choice but to do so,” the Kenyan PM said.
Mr Odinga was sure Mr Zuma, who is tipped to become president of South Africa next year, would have “no hesitation in taking that step”.
He also said he had advised Mr Tsvangirai to boycott the stalled power-sharing talks with Mr Mugabe.
The comments could signal a ramping up of pressure in the region against Mr Mugabe, says our correspondent.
Mr Tsvangirai has been on a whirlwind tour of several African countries appealing for help.
His Movement for Democratic Change party and Mr Mugabe’s Zanu-PF agreed to share power in September, following disputed elections, but have been wrangling over how to share cabinet posts ever since.
Zimbabwe has appealed for international help over a cholera outbreak that has claimed at least 565 lives. At least 12,545 cases have been recorded since August.
‘National emergency’
The country’s authorities, which last week said there was no crisis, have now declared the outbreak a national emergency.
Health Minister David Parirenyatwa warned on Wednesday hospitals were badly lacking in basic medical supplies, equipment and staff.
“Our central hospitals are literally not functioning,” he told the state-owned Herald newspaper.
And Zimbabwe’s deputy health minister Dr Edwin Muguti told the BBC that patients would die without urgent medical aid.
He said they had appealed to the UK, which along with other Western countries Zimbabwe often blames for its economic collapse, for help.
“They are the former colonial power so we have not cut our relations with the British,” he said. “I’m speaking English because of my heritage from colonialism. So we continue to ask the colonial power as well to assist.”
British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said UK development aid to Zimbabwe would be increased.
“Mugabe’s failed state is no longer willing or capable of protecting its people,” Mr Brown said. “Thousands are stricken with cholera, and must be helped urgently.”
The European Commission has pledged more than $12m (£8m) for drugs and clean water in Zimbabwe.
Most of Zimbabwe’s capital has been without water all week. State media said the water was cut because of a lack of purification tablets to help prevent the spread of cholera.
Zimbabwe’s government has blamed its crisis on Western sanctions it says are aimed at trying to bring down Mr Mugabe.
But the sanctions imposed after allegations of electoral fraud and political violence are aimed at the president and his close associates and consist of travel bans and a freeze on their foreign assets.

26. reality news
“when you are head of the united nations you take your orders from the united states” -
What a dumb, ignorant comment, which shows what little understanding you really have of the UN. If the US has so much power, how is it that it can’t force China and Russia to toe the line??
Where is your analysis on that? You have only propaganda, either intentional, or because you are indeed very ignorant and need to go away and study and think a bit before opening your mouth.
Reality news you have failed to answer my questions. You can see that ZANU has not achieved anything tangible in 28 years. In 14 years in power Smith achieved a lot. He was still driving in a Peuguot 504 that was not bullet proof and on top of that during war time. When Joshua Nkomo complained about the violence against his supporters in Manicaland in January 1980, Mugabe said “Manicaland is my country…you can not expect me to go to Nkomo’s country (Matabeleland) and raise a crowd there” Ironically on 17 February 1980, 100 000 people waited for him in vain at Barbourfields Stadium. I have documented the Zanu executions and internal revolts from the one by Thomas Nhari, to Herbert Chitepo going to Kenneth Kaunda and complaining that he was no longer safe with his comrades, and 10 days later he was dead. To the events that led to the arrest of Rugare Gumbo, Augustine Chihuri and other Zanu dissidents in Mozambique, until Lord Soames gave Mugabe the ultimatum to release them before returning to Zimbabwe to campaign. After Mugabe’s attempted assassination in Masvingo in 1980, the violence that followed was not discibable, ironically it’s in the same province where Nkomo was also almost assassinated 5 years later. Reality news you can come with your propaganda, but as from next week I will releasing the details of Mugabe’s brutality. Together with the internal memo he wrote in 1976. I still have the original documents for those who want to see them. And the ZANU grand plan of 1979.
Zanu hater in command,
I hope you start spilling the beans right now. We need to rewrite our national history proper!
