Professor Ncube clearly said the remaining allocation of positions is NOT a crisis in his world, so know who is running the show in MDC-M. I'm sure he has sevearl reasons for saying this:

1. MDC-M realize, as is common knowledge now, that the sooner this GNU expires will be the end of the political careers so they will ride this animal til Amen.
2. Even if allocation of remaining positions is all about cronism as they claim, they already got theirs so why be selfish. Ncube was not elected by anyway from what I remember so what makes him think only he's entitled to be in government.

Lastly, I see this differently. Full transformation of the Zim political landscape can only take place with right people in place. Just look at what Tomana is doing. Wasting taxpayer funds on shameless persecution of individuals where the evidence is sketchy at best if not admissable. Charges ranging from insurgency, terrorism etc where the plots are laughable. Latest is the student possession of guns and breaking into an army barracks. You tell me if one Zanu official was arrested over June 2008 cold blooded murders. Go figure.

At least Gono's supreme powers can be curtailed by having an independent board of directors and chairman.
