The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe has introduced Foreign Exchange Licensed Warehouses and Shops (Foliwars), it said today. The Foliwars were being introduced for an initial period of 18 months to March 31, 2010.

The cover price of the state newspapers has gone up from $15 to $60.

Zimpapers CEO, Justin Mutasa, said the increases were necessitated by astronomical increases in prices of raw materials used in the production of the newspaper.
