The Supreme Court yesterday said all diamonds extracted from African Consolidated Resources’ claims should not be surrendered to the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe for safekeeping. Chief Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku said this while clarifying the meaning of an order he issued on January 25 this year.
