The abduction, arrest and charging of MDC Treasurer General and Deputy Minister of Agriculture designate Roy Bennett was planned and carried out by aides close to Army chief Chiwenga and backed by Reserve Bank Governor Gideon Gono.

Sources fingered a small unit made up personnel from the Military Intelligence Directorate (MID), led by Colonel Mzilikazi, and the Special Agency SAS, the torture unit of the army, led by one Manene to be resposnsible and report directly to Chiwenga.

A vehicle a Toyota Hilax with registration numbers ABD1317 which was used to transport Bennet to Mutare personally belongs to Chiwenga.

A source tells Metro that Chiwenga last week broached the idea that all military chiefs should boycott the swearing of Morgan Tsvangirai as Prime Minister so he could earn their support and not be handed to him ‘with a spoon’.

A source also reveals that Reserve Bank Governor Gono, who initially supported the all inclusive government but started to back out after his appointement and that of the Attoney General were set to be reviewed as part of the power sharing deal.

Gono is adamant to keep his job as the new cabinet and new Finance Minister will likely push for his dismissal, and the only way he could do this is to frustrate the deal, and force the MDC to pull out of its officials to start quitting,in particular the highly impatient Finance Minister, Tendai Biti.

”Time will tell” Bob Marley sang and it was not misplaced!! Anybody who was involved in abducting , kidnapping, maiming, killing or murdering of people has nowhere to hide. They are known. The time of reckoning is NOW!! They ,and I mean all of them, will get face justice which they denied their victims or there is not going to be peace in ZImbabwe. Even Tsvangirai’s policy of appeasement will not work. People are demanding justice and that is what they are going to get.

The Judges will be judged the jailers will be jailed its a natural process. The diference between Mugabe and his errand boys is that Mugabe at least was once an elected President. Army Officers are not elected. So how can they claim power. Teach Chiwenga that. Inga Ku DRC united Nations is arresting these type of people. Its only a matter of time

the unfortunate thing is a person is born in one generation and ages in another.these chiwengas and mugabes were born in a generation where killing a human being was just a little bit more wrong than killing a goat.now they are aging in a generation where even killing a goat can get one in trouble.its the dynamism of culture and morals.so then like all old dead brain humanes they are slow learning.they are failing to understand that when oyu fight people then your enemy becomes all people not just those who oppose you openly.revenge will did not visit you yesterday nor did it today neither will it tomorrow but certainly one day it will.newton’s law of motion which is actually a scientific variation of do unto others what you would have them do unto you.simlpe but too simple for those whose staple food includes human blood like chihwenga, mugabe et al

mugabe and zanu are sitting on a time bomb, gono’s stories are out in the open and this justifies our cry that he should resign.
